Job Summary

To support a dynamic recruitment team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will utilize various sourcing methods to identify, pre-qualify, and engage potential candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to execute sourcing strategies for designated roles
• Perform initial outreach and screening to assess candidate interest and fit, presenting findings to the Talent Acquisition partner
• Utilize multiple sourcing tools and social media platforms to attract talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proficiency in recruitment and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Database
• Strong social media skills for talent generation
• Ability to accurately track candidate activity in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
