Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruitment process, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage staffing for clinical and non-clinical roles, support onboarding, and enhance early employee engagement in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for various clinical and non-clinical positions, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies while delivering a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company's values
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define candidate profiles and assess internal talent mobility for effective staffing
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in clinical roles within healthcare technology or services
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare labor markets, credentialing expectations, and state licensure requirements
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies, with a focus on data integrity and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
