Job Summary

Leading end-to-end recruitment for various functions, the temporary full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across the Baltics while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from role briefing to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutions
• Source and engage candidates through multiple recruitment channels while maintaining a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers

Required qualifications

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in Latvian and English
• Proficiency in using ATS systems and recruitment data
• Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities
