Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the enhancement and execution of talent acquisition initiatives, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist will coordinate recruitment programs, improve processes, and provide insights to strengthen employer branding and candidate attraction efforts across Canada and the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate enterprise talent acquisition programs, including internship and campus recruitment initiatives
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on recruitment outcomes and market insights
- Prepare recruiting dashboards and reports to support Talent Acquisition decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or related fields
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French required
- Experience coordinating projects, events, or recruitment initiatives
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms, with Workday experience considered an asset
