Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support the recruitment of technology talent, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage IT job postings, provide administrative recruiting support, and build relationships with candidates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications and streamline the hiring process
• Implement and monitor sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for technology positions
• Administer the recruiting process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and extending offers

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment for IT/technology positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative cloud-based programs
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain a network of potential candidates
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
