Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full cycle recruiting for both professional and plant-level employees in a hybrid schedule based in Westminster, CO.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct full cycle recruiting for various positions, ensuring a smooth hiring process
• Utilize SAP, Oracle, Workday, and other ATS systems to track candidates and manage recruitment workflows
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and Indeed, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a corporate recruitment environment
• Proficiency in using large-scale ATS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and Indeed sourcing tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required
• HR background is a plus
