Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Driving the recruitment lifecycle, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will proactively source candidates, manage hiring processes, and optimize top-of-funnel strategies while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, focusing on proactive candidate sourcing
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and establish structured interview processes
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient candidate progression and feedback capture

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
• Proven success in managing both leveraged role searches and volume hiring
• Experience implementing or optimizing an ATS, with a preference for BambooHR
• Strong business acumen related to headcount forecasting and budget management
• Ability to partner with leadership teams and bring structure to ambiguous situations
