Leading the full cycle recruitment process, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for positions across the United States and Canada in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending job offers
- Develop and post job advertisements while maintaining effective candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide market insights
Required qualifications
- At least 1.5 years of talent sourcing and recruiting experience
- Experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting is a plus
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools
- Knowledge of interview techniques and sourcing methods
- Understanding of employment law and general human resources practices
