Job Summary

To elevate the recruiting function in a high-growth environment, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while building a strong employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and build diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing
• Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track key recruiting performance indicators

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house or startup environment
• Experience recruiting across various functions, with a strong technical focus being a plus
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Ashby, and familiarity with TA tech stacks
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated ownership and urgency as a self-starter who can work independently
