Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support recruitment efforts across multiple locations in the Southwest/Southern California region, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will implement recruiting strategies, build relationships with hiring managers, and maximize the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while traveling as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and location staff
• Assist in the development and implementation of attraction strategies for designated geographic areas
• Provide ATS training and support while reporting analytics and KPIs to management

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting or Human Resources role
• Knowledge and experience in using and teaching Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High sense of urgency with efficient time management skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with EEO legislation and other government requirements
