Job Summary

Supporting the recruitment process, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist in onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Utilizes various channels to identify potential candidates and build a pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Conducts initial candidate screenings and coordinates interviews with hiring managers
• Maintains accurate candidate records and ensures a smooth onboarding process for new employees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment
