Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts, the part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, screen, and recruit candidates for healthcare-related positions while operating in a hybrid work model primarily remotely with some onsite support in the Greater Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia area.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for healthcare and administrative roles
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and provide market updates
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or mission-driven organizations
- Experience utilizing an ATS, with Greenhouse experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing methodologies
- Proven ability to manage complex recruiting priorities across multiple business units
