Job Summary

Performing full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring leaders to attract and hire talent, leveraging innovative sourcing and AI tools to enhance candidate experiences and drive efficient hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting cycle from intake through onboarding for various roles across the corporation, including Technology/IT and Corporate functions
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for critical roles while ensuring compliance with governmental regulations
• Train hiring managers on talent acquisition tools and interviewing techniques, providing insights on market trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related fields
• Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools and skills-based recruiting approaches
• Proven ability to develop and negotiate job offers
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
