Job Summary
To support critical programs in government contracting, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional positions, collaborating with hiring managers to develop tailored recruiting strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for technical and professional roles
- Build and execute recruiting strategies, utilizing both organic and paid campaigns to meet program needs
- Advise hiring managers on market insights and best practices while maintaining compliance with recruiting regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing and offer negotiations
- Demonstrated ability in high-volume recruiting and technical sourcing
- Strong understanding of government recruiting regulations and compliance
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms
