To develop and maintain a high-performing talent acquisition and onboarding strategy, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Identify and attract passive talent using innovative sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with executives to draft accurate job descriptions and manage the onboarding process for new hires
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in technology or financial services
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing techniques and applicant-tracking software
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
