Job Summary

To enhance the candidate experience in behavioral health recruitment, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage administrative hiring processes, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers across five markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily recruit for administrative roles and build a pipeline of talent
• Advocate for candidates throughout their life cycle and analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the interview process and offers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably focusing on administrative professionals
• Knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process
• Excellent analytical abilities and strong organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
