Seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage the recruitment of independent contractors (linguists) globally, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and recruit independent contractors based on language requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to maintain a candidate pipeline
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including conducting interviews and onboarding
Required qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines effectively
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed
- Experience in recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is a plus
