Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles, enhance the applicant tracking system, and utilize AI-assisted tools to build a diverse candidate pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering with leadership on specialized searches
• Manage and improve the applicant tracking system, including AI-powered integrations
• Conduct first-round interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit through structured methods

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with exposure to AI-assisted hiring tools
• Experience managing an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Proven experience conducting various interview formats (phone, video, panel, etc.)
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
