Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle recruiting for various technical and non-technical positions, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage requisitions, engage candidates, and coordinate interviews while collaborating closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions through the recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to interviews and offer coordination
• Source and engage qualified candidates using various recruiting channels, including LinkedIn and internal databases
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in an agency, in-house, RPO, staffing, or similar environment
• Experience supporting multiple requisitions or searches simultaneously
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
