Job Summary

Leading talent acquisition efforts, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles, support HR operations, and enhance the candidate experience while building a strong people infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for clinical and growth-focused positions, partnering with leadership to define hiring needs
• Manage candidate pipelines through sourcing and networking, ensuring a smooth transition from offer to onboarding
• Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, record maintenance, and compliance with multi-state employment laws

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or HR, preferably in healthcare or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in recruiting clinical talent and understanding of clinical licensure and credentialing processes
• Bachelor's degree required
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for women's healthcare and mental health advocacy
