Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support and scale recruiting efforts, the full-time remote Talent Associate will serve as a dedicated partner to hiring managers, managing the hiring pipeline for provider partnerships and clinical support teams while ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Key responsibilities

• Be the recruiting horsepower behind provider and clinical teams, briefing and debriefing hiring managers to keep the talent pipeline moving
• Own the hiring pipeline by sourcing, screening, and advancing candidates for provider partnerships and clinical support roles
• Run interviews end-to-end, managing scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination to enhance the candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical, or startup environments
• Ability to effectively support hiring managers and keep them engaged without adding extra work
• Strong process orientation with attention to detail in candidate communication and ATS data management
• Excellent communication skills to represent the company well to candidates and hiring managers
• Motivated to take ownership of searches and develop a recruiting team over time
