Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support nationwide recruiting efforts, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and overseeing onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Leverage various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates and maintain recruitment metrics in the ATS
• Represent the company at recruitment events to build brand awareness and attract diverse talent

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience for both non-exempt and exempt positions
• Experience in the HVAC/R, construction, field service, or skilled trades industries strongly preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment branding through social media
• Willingness to travel occasionally for branch visits, conferences, and recruitment events
