Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
To support strategic recruiting efforts, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage proposal staffing strategies, identify and recruit key personnel, and conduct workforce research while collaborating with Business Development and Capture teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop competitive staffing strategies for proposals and participate in capture planning meetings
- Identify and recruit Key Personnel candidates while maintaining relationships with federal contracting professionals
- Conduct workforce research and analyze labor market conditions to support proposal competitiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field plus seven years of Talent Acquisition experience in federal government contracting
- Experience supporting capture, proposal, or growth organizations, with a focus on recruiting cleared professionals
- Knowledge of federal proposal staffing processes and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple proposal deadlines simultaneously
