Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and enhance candidate experiences while working remotely on a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential for a permanent role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent efficiently
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles to reduce time-to-hire

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment across various roles
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices
• Ability to manage offer negotiations and closing conversations effectively
• Experience with recruitment data management systems, preferably Greenhouse
