Job Summary
Seeking a creative Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist, the full-time remote role will focus on independently building talent pipelines for both technical and non-technical positions while utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and AI-driven tools.
Key responsibilities
- Source and build pipelines for niche and high-priority technical and non-technical roles globally
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from intake to offer closure
- Run personalized outbound sourcing campaigns and track recruiting funnels for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience
- Strong technical sourcing capability and experience hiring both technical and non-technical talent
- Proficient in Boolean and X-Ray search techniques, with experience sourcing through GitHub
- Ability to engage passive candidates and manage multiple hiring priorities independently
- Preferred engineering or technical educational background, or strong technical recruiting expertise
