Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing HR team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, utilizing various sourcing tools to engage top talent and collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
• Utilize ATS systems and social media platforms to find and engage candidates while building relationships with hiring managers
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and ensure a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an in-house capacity
• Proven ability to use recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
