Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and assist with recruiting projects and process improvements

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or related roles (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems
• A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
