Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
To support talent strategy initiatives, the temporary remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full life cycle recruiting for corporate roles, collaborate with HR teams, and lead special projects while working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR recruiting support to business units, ensuring placement of qualified applicants and maintaining recruitment data records
- Support and lead corporate programs and initiatives, including internship programs as assigned by management
- Collaborate with the Social Media group and talent acquisition team to develop and execute new recruiting and HR brand strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for corporate roles, including accounting, finance, operations, and sales
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruiting techniques, and applicable labor laws
- Experience in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition are a plus
