Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with hiring managers, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate recommendations, while promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Open and post new job requisitions on various platforms
• Provide sourcing strategies and prescreen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Maintain recruitment activity reports and foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred
• One year of experience in recruitment functions required; three years in a human resources department preferred
• Prior experience with ATS and proficiency in Word and Excel
• HR or recruiting certifications are preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate effectively
