Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with hiring managers and team members, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers for candidates while promoting the company as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Open and post new job requisitions on various platforms and provide sourcing strategies to hiring managers
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment activity reports
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting company culture and benefits to potential candidates

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred
• One year of experience in recruitment functions required; three years in a human resources or recruiting environment preferred
• Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in Word and Excel
• HR or recruiting certifications are preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively negotiate and communicate with various stakeholders
