Leading the full cycle recruitment process, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for positions across the United States and Canada while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer, including screening and interviewing candidates
- Develop job advertisements and maintain postings on various career platforms
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future job openings
Required qualifications
- At least 1.5 years of talent sourcing and recruiting experience
- Experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting is a plus
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools
- Knowledge of interview techniques and sourcing methods
- Understanding of employment law and general human resources practices
