- Utilize ATS systems and various sourcing tools to engage top talent
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in-house
- Proven ability to use recruiting tools including ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
