Job Summary
Driving the recruitment process end-to-end, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs, source candidates, and manage the applicant tracking system while shaping the quality of talent brought into the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates through various platforms and manage the recruitment process via the ATS
- Conduct interviews and consolidate feedback to support hiring decisions
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, managing the full recruitment cycle independently
- Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing channels
- Ability to conduct interviews and assessments independently
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management
