Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support the recruitment efforts of a leading transportation company, the full-time Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Create and implement unique strategies to attract and engage top talent
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years of direct recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
• Experience sourcing and closing profiles from entry-level to senior management positions
• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and experience with various ATS systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
