Key responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Develop and maintain pipelines of candidates through strategic sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising agency
- Proven ability to hire for roles across Account Services, Strategy, PMO, Creative, and Innovation
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using various innovative methods
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Greenhouse
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the recruitment process
