Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
Partnering with hiring managers, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions in life sciences and related fields, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking events
- Coordinate interviews and communicate regularly with candidates regarding their application status
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
- Hands-on recruiting experience is essential
- Preferred experience in life sciences or clinical research recruiting
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
