Job Summary
Supporting a high-impact Talent Acquisition function, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage interview coordination, candidate communications, and sourcing while ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate complex interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Source and build diverse candidate pipelines for priority roles using various recruiting strategies
- Maintain accurate data and workflows related to candidate stages, interview feedback, and offer administration
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, or talent sourcing
- Proven ability to manage complex interview scheduling and multi-stakeholder communications
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Experience conducting candidate phone screens or a willingness to learn structured screening
- Exceptional organizational skills and a candidate-first mindset
