Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a high-volume recruiting environment, the Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide hands-on recruiting support, manage active requisitions, conduct phone screenings, and ensure a smooth hiring process while working remotely for a duration of six months.

Key responsibilities

• Support Recruiters with active requisitions, including candidate review and interview scheduling
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Ensure compliance with internal recruiting processes while assisting with reporting and ad hoc projects

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support
• Experience conducting phone screens and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, specifically Workday
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
