Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
Driving the end-to-end talent acquisition process, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, and oversee the candidate journey to ensure a best-in-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an advisor to business leaders while managing the entire recruitment cycle from requisition approval to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and leverage data analytics for proactive talent sourcing
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field
- 4+ years of related experience, including 2+ years in full life cycle talent acquisition
- Prior experience in healthcare or clinical research recruitment is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally, in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
