Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
Partnering with hiring managers, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will support full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions in life sciences and related fields, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and build talent pipelines
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding their application status and assist with onboarding activities
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
- Hands-on recruiting experience is essential
- Life science or clinical research recruiting experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
