Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for technical roles within the federal government contracting space, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates
- Support proposal recruitment efforts and assist with workforce planning activities for new programs and contract transitions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-6 years of technical recruiting experience in the federal government contracting space
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as DevSecOps, software development, and IT operations
- Familiarity with talent acquisition best practices in a high-growth environment
- Experience managing ATS platforms and sourcing tools to track candidate pipelines
