Job Summary

Supporting high-volume recruiting across multiple disciplines, the temporary remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage candidate assessments, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with employment laws while handling over 30 active vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications to confirm candidates meet minimum qualifications based on background, experience, and education
• Conduct phone screenings and manage candidate assessments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with departmental needs

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources experience; or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law principles related to recruiting and hiring
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
• Proficient in technology and business systems
• Preferred: Experience in mining, energy, oil, or gas industries
