Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing client, the full-time contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify and source candidates, partner with hiring managers, and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process while working remotely from Denver, CO.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting technical and cleared engineering talent is highly preferred
- Effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills
- Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
- General knowledge of engineering disciplines and associated certifications
