Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary month contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Hiring Managers to strategically fill roles and attract top talent
Use social media and other online platforms to attract and source talent
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4-6 years in full cycle, non-technical recruiting (preferably in-house recruiting)
Experience recruiting SAAS industry roles preferred
Proficiency and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS: Greenhouse)
Strong understanding of the SaaS industry
Prior experience supporting Talent Acquisition related projects
