Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience
- 2+ years of sourcing experience in a high-volume technology organization
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies for high-quality talent pipelines
