Job Summary
Joining a remote team, the full-time Talent Acquisition Strategist will identify, attract, and hire top talent by partnering with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that meet immediate and long-term hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to identify current and future talent needs and recommend alternative talent sources
- Implement best practices for candidate attraction and sourcing, including community outreach and strategic networking
- Analyze market data to inform hiring plans and develop tailored sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 1+ years of sourcing experience in a high-volume technology organization
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Experience developing sourcing strategies to create high-quality talent pipelines
- Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably iCIMS
