Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Job Summary

To lead a dynamic team in a fully remote environment, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Supervisor will manage the candidate sourcing process, conduct performance reviews, and ensure alignment with organizational recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions
• Conduct regular performance reviews and weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports to foster team development
• Develop and implement effective recruitment plans in collaboration with hiring managers to attract diverse talent

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
• Proficiency in HR technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring leaders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
• Advanced Diversity Sourcing experience or AIRS certification is highly desired
