Talent Acquisition System Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the recruitment process, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition System Manager will configure, manage, and integrate the organization's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM), ensuring efficient workflows and robust reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the ATS platform to support recruitment tailored to the veterinary industry
• Design and maintain custom integrations between the ATS and other business systems, ensuring reliable data flow
• Generate and analyze reports to assess recruitment effectiveness and inform strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with experience in talent acquisition or HR administration
• Proven experience in supporting and administering recruiting platforms, including system configuration and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and data management
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
