Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Co-managing the talent acquisition technology portfolio, the remote Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between the business and IT while ensuring successful user acceptance testing and supporting the implementation of new features.
Key responsibilities
- Co-own and manage the talent acquisition technology portfolio
- Ensure development work successfully passes user acceptance testing and perform hands-on UAT
- Build reporting solutions using Workday Recruiting and Eightfold while configuring and enhancing the systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday Recruiting experience
- 1+ year of Eightfold Talent Acquisition experience
- 5+ years of talent acquisition operations experience
- Strong background in program and project management
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting module configuration and reporting solutions
