Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Systems Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day administration and optimization of the ATS and CRM, including workflows and user access
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to design and implement scalable workflows and maintain documentation
  • Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting on key metrics and operational KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related fields with a focus on data management
  • Hands-on experience administering an ATS, including configuration and reporting
  • Strong data management skills to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders
