Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Systems Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration and optimization of the ATS and CRM, including workflows and user access
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to design and implement scalable workflows and maintain documentation
- Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting on key metrics and operational KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related fields with a focus on data management
- Hands-on experience administering an ATS, including configuration and reporting
- Strong data management skills to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders
